Our company has 20 engineering and technical personnel.The company adopts the international advanced precision casting process-silica sol investment precision casting process.It is a domestic large-scale professional investment casting enterprise with an annual output of more than 800 tons of castings and an equipment capacity of 1,500 tons.Qingdao Tianheyuan has the ability to independently develop molds,processing capabilities,and surface treatment capabilities.At present,the company has produced more than 1,000 varieties and specifications,and has produced more than 80 kinds of materials.The material standards used are GB;American Standard ASTM,AISI;German Standard DIN;Japanese Standard JIS;British Standard BS,etc.It can be produced according to drawings or prototypes,with low machining allowance,short production cycle and high efficiency,which can meet the requirements of customers for different levels of product quality and performance.
